  1. LFG Reward does not work.
  2. Doors does not work and second door is permanently opened and should be closed until first boss is dead.
  3. Good Grief timed Achievement http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=1866 from Maiden of Grief http://www.wowhead.com/npc=27975 is not initializated.
  4. Tribunal of the Ages event is not accesable. Door closed.
  5. Tribunal of the Ages does not count in order to complete the instance. (Achievement and maybe LFG Reward).
  6. Brann Spankin' New Achievement http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=2154 does not works.
  7. Sjonnir The Ironshaper is unaccesable and also event does not works.
  8. Abuse the Ooze Achievement http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=2155 from Sjonnir The Ironshaper http://www.wowhead.com/npc=27978 event can't be completed.
