Enabling C++-17 support #61

Purpose:

Enabling C++ 17 coding support for new functions and methods to the project.

Other:

Disabled std::shuffle for Freya, Yogg Saron and instance_ulduar.cpp, since the method needs a rewrite.

Note:

Long needed update.
This PR is not portable to other versions. Unique PRs are needed for the other versions.
