withAWSParameterStore always uppercase - better if could toggle to not uppercase

• With you use the the withAWSParameterStore build wrapper (https://jenkins.io/doc/pipeline/steps/aws-parameter-store/), the plugin will force capitalize all the keys in your path.
• This isn't ideal behavior, as environment variables can be directly injected into terraform, so our terraform code, meaning all variables now need to be capitalized.
• If we could toggle the plugin to NOT capitalize the keys, and leave the default behavior as-is.
