alluvial plot implemented #24

The alluvial plot only works when the tab is pressed, and now work using the findPhyseqData(), no extra example is required.

There has been some updates to ui.R and server.R since you forked. Always, keep checking for updates in the master and make sure to consolidate your changes before sending the pull request. Also, I see that there are several library dependencies. Make sure all of them are available in bioconductor.
