Added rarefaction number button.
No conflict with master version are present
only DESeq2 is from bioconductor
alluvial library is from github (https://github.com/mbojan/alluvial).

If the libraries are not available from bioconductor or CRAN, that will be an issue when we submit PathoStat to bioconductor. Should we just wait on this update?

That's too bad. It doesn't look like the alluvial package is going to be in either repository any time soon. Perhaps we should rework that function?

Have you asked the authors whether they plan to submit to CRAN?

I contacted the author of alluvial and he has plans to submit to CRAN in the near future. He also has a track record of submitting other packages to CRAN.

I say we keep alluvial.
