LED not working for Galaxy Note i717 #372

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. system notification popup?
2. BLN mod
3. [ROM-CM10HYBRID]PARANOIDANDROID [1.991]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no LED after sms popup

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Jelly Bean custom ROM from PARANOIDANDROID 1.991

Please provide any additional information below.
Im on a samsung galaxy note i717. The Rom has a system led notification, Im not 
sure if it interferes. I also read that sms popup doesn't LED when you have 
popup checked.
