Cannot set reminder notification for "Contacts Notifications" #387

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add/enable reminder notifications option under Contacts Notification. Note 
this option is available under default notifications

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Want to be able to set up unread message reminders for individual contacts

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.2.4, Samsung Galaxy S III Android Ver 4.0.4
