Right menu is conceived as a central place from where a user can access all preferred applications, switch between Spaces, search and similar. Idea is to make Right Menu as the main part of each standardised application - it will come predefined.
Prerequisite for right menu is that user is authenticated, which means that right menu will not be shown in guest mode or in custom applications that have no platform user. This means that a user can use this menu in custom applications, but prerequisite would be that it uses Platform authentication. All this implies that we have to have some flag in application that differentiate standard and custom application. Inside Builder, Right Menu cannot be deleted if we are in standard application.
