Create an automated release build #4

The release of a new version of the product includes a exports of the diagram as png, pdf and the .drawio source diagram. The exports are currently manually exported and associated to the github release. This should be done automatically through the appropriate source control promotion mechanisms.

draw.io.exe desktop client has a CLI and these exports can be performed through the --x (--export) flag.

Probably the use of travis ci is the most likely tool using a docker container composed with draw.io for yielding the exports.
