Build process should validate the PDF as single page #5

This issue is dependent on issue #4 The VC spec relationship diagram uses a custom page size so that when exporting as a PDF it will be one very large page for the purposes of navigating the diagram in the PDF.

Ultimately the build process should validate that the exported PDF is a single page and if it is not the build should fail. This will maintain the integrity of the PDF export and help police the growth of the diagram where adjusting the page size was overlooked.

In the future other diagrams may exist in this repo and be exported as part of the same PDF in which case the 1 page size would not apply but some finite known page size could be validated.
