Add Travis test #2

Test helm chart in Travis, see for example https://github.com/jupyterhub/zero-to-jupyterhub-k8s/tree/0.8.2/ci

https://github.com/manics/kubernetes-omero/pull/3 added a test of the deployment, but it's missing basic tests to check OMERO.server and OMERO.web are functional
