[BUG] White Hue when respawn #292

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

You spawn with a white shadow around your screen when you respawn from being unconscious/dead.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Not for that to appear or disappear within a minute or so.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Die/Go unconscious.
  2. Wait to respawn.
  3. When you respawn the white hue appears.

Client Logs (%localappdata%/fivem/logs/) If applicable, add your latest log to help explain your problem.

Cant be fix sadly, its escrowed. Best we can do is turn it of clmpketely, but then there is no way to tel if your character is in pain
