[BUG] Blip Missing #326

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

The 24/7 Supermarket in Strawberry has a text blip in the legend on the right but the graphical blip itself does not show up.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

For the blip and text to show up correctly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to map.
  2. Navigate to where the Supermarket on Strawberry is.
  3. It shows you are over a blip in the legend but there is no graphical blip on the map.

Client Logs (%localappdata%/fivem/logs/) If applicable, add your latest log to help explain your problem.
