If a vehicle is left for more than 30 minutes on a highway/road, it gets sent back to the players garage, impound or if it is not owned, then DV'd.

Details Describe as detailed as possible, how it will work and what the server would benefit from having this added to it.

Only inquiring as there are a large amount of cars scattered on roads and for some reason, some don't appear until last minute - also, a vehicle on the road would be removed quickly IRL especially when it is on a highway.

We will not be impounding or sending an owned vehicle do the garage, a tow truck driver or police would impound the owned vehicle if it's parked illegally, now regarding the unowned vehicles just being scattered we shall take a look into that.
