[BUG] Gas Station #386

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Gas Station at 4023, 2 pumps closest to the road don't have third eye option to "Grab Nozzle".

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Grab Nozzle and refuel vehicle from all pumps.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
