[BUG] Police Charger - Vehicle pulls handbrake randomly #387

Describe the bug It only happened to me with the Charger, I have 2 of them having that issue, it used to work fine, but now the handbrake pulls randomly, random occasions, for 5 seconds or so, then you can drive again for a bit.

To Reproduce Unable to, don't how to trigger it, just when it happens, the car remains in that state forever

Not a bug, related to vehicle damage.
