[BUG] Police vehicles - Use MDT and phone while on the driver seat #389

Describe the bug Unable to use the MDT or phone whille sitting on the driver seat. Does work when sitting in any other seat.

This is due to the siren controls being on the inventory hotkeys.

As a work around you can bind the "phone" command to a key and it will bring up your phone, you should also be able to use the MDT via opening your inventory.

Actually it has to do with what @Ghostttie mentioned, however, when you are the driver of a police car you need to hold down the hotkey to use said item. That's the only difference.
