[BUG] Mechanic Crafting No Materials Needed #408

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

At Stroke Master's I can craft every vehicle upgrade without having the required materials in my inventory. Whenever I actually have the required materials it doesn't let me craft it.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

To use material's when crafting.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
