Below is going to be a list of suggestions for tweaks and changes for the Real Estate Job
[ ] Compensation Change based on Rank.
[x] Add access to a Job Menu similar to PD, Car Dealers, and EMS that allow for different ranks inside of Real Estate to have different levels of compensation for Salesperson Commission, Salary, and Total Real Estate Cut Collected (I believe this is a menu they have I don't fully recall)
[x] Real Estate Salary Create "fund" that allows for a Salary Check to be paid out even if the sales person is not earning commissions from selling houses. Using a percentage of the money generated from the sale of a home instead of only being commission based as we are currently.
Ex: RogueNerd911 has sold a Property listed at 1,000,000$. The Real Estate Company will charge "Real Estate Fees" that are 25% of the total transaction. RogueNerd911 receives a 10% commission from the sale as his commission. The remaining 15% will go into the Real Estate Bank Account to be used for salary distribution. In this example 250,000$ in total is collected as part of the "Real Estate Fees" RogueNerd911 will receive 100,000$ as his commission and the remining 150,000$ will go into the Real Estate Bank to pay for his Salary at regular intervals. Salary will only be paid as long as RogueNerd911 is marked as "On Duty" in the service menu of the phone similarly to any other Job that collects a paycheck.
[x] Add Real Estate Icon to Phone Service Menu + Add Duty On/Off Self Explanatory, Found website with free icons to use https://www.flaticon.com/free-icon/house_5988184?related_id=5988264&origin=search
This one best matches our color scheme for the server in my opinion. Willing to find other icons if this one is not suitable.
[x] Add Office for Real Estate Add in an office area to the Map that Real Estate can use/be found at similarly to EMS, PD, Burger Shot, and other businesses. Real Estate will need to save up funds in their "Salary Fund" in order to purchase this building (and any other subsequent buildings) from the Federal Government. Icon from above could be used to display the office's location on the Map. (Honestly could even be an INT created by Real Estate and then added to the map as an Icon for simplicities sake.)
