Added two new functionalities #20

Added two new sliders:

Change the width of the prompter text for narrower display mirrors
Change the position of reading marker. This way you can keep looking at the right spot, exactly where the camera is positioned.

We are currently not looking to integrate these features and will be rolling out better support for different screen sizes using proper responsive layout support.
