Old events can't be fetched anymore, due to archiving of the old site. #8

Due to archiving of the old site to https://2023.manifiesta.be, the app can't fetch the old event list.

The app handles it gracefully, it shows an non-descriptive error, but nothing crashes or prevents the user to continue using the app (as far as I can tell right now).

The same case should not happen next year, we'll just unpublish all the events and the event list will be empty, but a fallback text might be nice.

Perhaps something like 'We are currently working hard to prepare the next event' (Ine might have some ideas). This relates to https://github.com/manifiesta/app/issues/7/

PS: we're going to keep the old site live at https://2023.manifiesta.be for quite a while, at least until all the content that is still useful, is migrate to the dataplatform. This will be at least until the next version of the site is live with the first new events.
