This patch is a transition patch from the old version of targon with RDV 1.0 to a single metric based competition. This will be the last major release with this framework before a complete rewrite in v2.0.0.

• Removed Tier System
• Exponential reward scaling for UIDs with a higher tok/s than the average network tok/s
We hope this experiment into using a single objective metric helps both provers and verifiers gain better insight into the functioning of subnet 4. It is a easy competition to understand, but a difficult one to master. Happy mining!
