Hi, I'm getting this when accessing the site:

The site is responsive here. Could be a local issue. You can always visit the manifold github, it's mostly the same information.

Seems like it's getting blocked by a content filter. My university wifi (eduroam) is preventing access to the site as well.

The filter may be blocking non-https sites. My domain provider makes it difficult to enable.
