Open source the docker image #3

Hi everyone,

would it be possible to release the docker image to the public? It would increase transparency and also enable customisations (i.e., use of gpu vs cpu, conda vs pip, etc)

@rodrigorivera I think the base image is available already.

Hi yes, the base image is available. We will make the corresponding Dockerfile available as well soon.
