Torus "defaults" prefs are not used anywhere #360

The prefs have a "defaults" section that is intended to let a user specify the default org, project, environment and service accessed through most commands. These are not actually used anywhere in the code, and are not accessible or changeable by the user.

They're actually used across the board and loaded via a middleware!
