feat(attack): Secret Size Attack #16

Secret Size Attack is a vulnerability in the common construction of cross-chain smart contracts (contracts between distinct cryptocurrencies) through hash locking.

Additionally, we should expand category to add 'inter-chain' (cross chain implies 1:1, interchain is multi-agent) This updates versioning to v3.0.3
