Conformance: Use consistent name for WETH #11

We should ideally use WETH9 as name instead of WETH.

Also, not all of the chains use the same WETH contract, e.g. Gnosis. In fact Gnosis WETH implementation has potential security issues.

WETH is only used on mainnet
