Option to set email charset missing #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send special chars like äöü etc.
2. Use UTF-8

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is the same as user has typed in.
But instead of "Befürworter" I get "Befürworter"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.1.4, Apache Linux, Apache Mac OS X

Please provide any additional information below.
It is necessary to set charset before sending.
See attached file – also includes option to set different host/port.
