[Feature Request]: Adding Backend API for Soil Testing Labs with Gemini LLM and Plotly Integration

Feature Description

The feature aims to enhance the existing Soil Testing Labs Finder application by integrating Gemini LLm and Plotly to visually display soil testing labs in a specified location on an interactive map. Users can input their location and receive a list of nearby soil testing labs, complete with their names, coordinates, and Google Maps links for navigation. The application will feature an interactive map that marks each lab's location, allowing users to easily identify the proximity and navigate to the labs.

Use Case

Currently, this feature is kept as constant mappings with just javascript. However, it's not practically enough in real-time. So, I am planning to make Fine-tuned LLM, integrated with Plotly to make it dynamic along with considerations of future purposes.
