[Feature Request]: Adding Electrical and Electronics Shops Finder Backend API

Feature Description

The feature aims to create the backend of Electrical and Electronics Shops Finder application by integrating Gemini LLm and Plotly to visually display soil testing labs in a specified location on an interactive map. Users can input their location and receive a list of nearby Electrical and Electronics Shops, complete with their names, coordinates, and Google Maps links for navigation. The application will feature an interactive map that marks each location, allowing users to easily identify the proximity and navigate to the labs.
