[Feature Request]: Adding AES encryption with a 32-bit key(Cipher Block Chaining) to payment mode data

Feature Description

To enhance the security of payment mode data, we need to implement AES encryption using a 256-bit key with Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) mode. This will ensure that sensitive payment information is protected against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Requirements

• Integrate AES-256-CBC encryption into the payment mode storage workflow.
• Ensure that all payment-related data is encrypted before storage and during transmission.
• Decrypt the payment data when necessary for processing, ensuring that the encryption and decryption processes are seamless.

Use Case

• Enhanced Security
  • AES-256 is one of the most secure encryption standards available. Using a 256-bit key length makes it significantly more resistant to brute-force attacks compared to shorter keys.
• Data Confidentiality
  • By encrypting payment mode data, sensitive information (e.g., credit card numbers, CVV codes) is kept confidential, protecting it from unauthorized access during storage and transmission.
• Compliance with Regulations
  • Implementing strong encryption is often a requirement for compliance with data protection regulations and standards such as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and others.
