Description
We need to create an admin dashboard in Agrotech AI to allow administrators to efficiently view, manage, and resolve user grievances. This feature will provide a centralized interface for handling complaints, monitoring grievance statuses, responding to user inquiries, and updating the resolution progress. This dashboard is foundational and can later be expanded to incorporate additional features related to Agrotech AI's AgroRent and AgroShop services.

User Notifications: Upon resolving a grievance, the system automatically notifies the user, enhancing user satisfaction and response efficiency.
