Upload on a specific channel

I didn't find a option to upload to a specific channel. i connected my g+ acc 
to my yt channel, and also i created a g+ business page and connected the page 
with another yt channel. i did this, cuz me and my mate want access to this 
channel (added him as manager to the g+ site)

So when i now want access the acc from www, i log in with my personal google 
account and chose the channel, wich i wanna use. 

This feature should be implemented for yt uploader.
