Check in commons before showing a word #2

Though we get the list of words from a category, there may be some issues on the list.

so, before showing a word to the user, check in commons if the word is available or not.

only show the non available word to the user.

Actually, Wiktionary Tamil words without audio getting from this..

When Uploading the audio for any word then that word remove from this list. But this list no reflect suddenly. So, Edit the Wiktionary page of particular word after uploading the audio. Now, this list refresh suddenly.
