Simplifying Adding categories

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Adding Categories is a problem.

Describe the solution you'd like Minimally:

• In Add Category window, display categry prefix
• ವರ್ಗ: for Kannada
• श्रेणी: for Hindi
• Category: for English... reduces the pain. Best way:
• In Add Category window, fetch & display the available category's in the dropdown

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context Until Search Filter is fixed, adding categories for few 100 words and adding audio seems viable option
