For geotiffs, lets serve them as COGS. Let's post ideas here for later implementation. cc @rukku

Whoa. Hindi na pala ako nakareply dito. Sorry about that. 2020 was a bad year 😮‍💨 Will check this out.

Hindi na ata ako marunong mag-S3 and all that. Review lang muna ako for now. For now, inventory ko muna geotiffs and COG creation workflows.
