Iloilo_Flood_100year.shp.geojson looks broken #7

It looks like the vectors are incompleteye generated for noah/flood/vector/Iloilo_Flood_100year.shp.geojson. I'm not sure if this is broken from source or when we generated the geojson (I think the former).
