weird Provincial Road/Primary Road name when going through a trunk_link and primary_link. #33

Routing suggestion and voice announces a name "Provincial Road" or "Primary Road" to unnamed trunk_link or primary_link.

Maybe related to issue #31 when the changes to "ramps" are introduced.
