Hi, it turned out that inclusion of Make.config via vdr.pc was missing, this was causing the plugin to crash VDR right on starting up. I'm suspecting that -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE where not passed to the FFdecsa build, only to the rest of the plugin. But, anyway, inlcuding Make.config seems to be the way to go with plugins at this time...
