Blackscreen on initial channel (crypted) #32

Hi manio,

I'm playing around with systemd (event based init system). Sometimes oscam enables dvbapi slightly too late and vdr only displays a black screen.

When I switch to another crypted channel everything works. Could you add something like an automatic retune?
