Kindly inform the participants to reach 30 minutes before the event starts Thank you!

@abhikpai How should the messages be triggered? Should it be sent to only cultural secretaries or to faculty coordinators as well?

Part 1 Hi. Today is 10th April & Staff Utsav. The events lined up for today are:

Part 2 Hi. Today is 11th April & Utsav Day 1. The events lined up for today are: 1. 2.

Since there are events till 8:30 PM, you can plan to break it into two parts.

But i leave that to you. Not a very critical feature to be honest. People, at least whom we are sending are aligned and will be aligned well during Utsav.

Are we fixed on sending SMS? If yes, we need to make sure we limit the number of characters we want to send https://www.twilio.com/docs/glossary/what-sms-character-limit#:~:text=A%20single%20SMS%20message%20technically,longer%20messages%20to%20be%20sent.

Other options are sending the same as Whatsapp message and Emails
