Make mockito the default mock-framework to use internally #298

Mockito is used by commons-mule and module-logger in isolation for now, i.e. 
with separate version-handling.

Now soitoolkit-generator also needs mocking in its tests so it's time to move 
up mockito to the common dependency management secion in the top-level pom.

I.e. only for internal use.

Soitoolkit users can use whatever mock-framework they prefer!
