Model and dataset download and usage #1

Hello,

I want to download the trained models and dataset, however, they were put in Google Drive which is not easy to transport to HPCs or not accessible in regions without Google services. Can you put them on ftp servers for easy download? CyVerse can store user uploaded data and generate ftp links, for example.

The link to ClassifyTE_dataset is provided wrong. I clicked open it and it's the ClassifyTE.zip file.

Do you have guidelines to use the trained models to classify unknown sequences? Thank you very much!

Hi Shujun,

I have updated the links and readme file in github. Right now the datasets and models are not that huge that is the reason why we have uploaded them to google drive. I can upload it to dropbox if dropbox would be easier for you.

If you follow "demo" and "deployment" section from readme file, you should be able to use trained models. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for your prompt response. I can see the updated dataset download link now. Could you help to upload them to the dropbox? I can test if the dropbox works better on my side. Thanks!
