Update releases in appdata file #618

To make the version information in https://flathub.org/apps/details/io.github.manisandro.gImageReader correct.

However, it might be a bit late as you have tagged your new version. It would be nice if you update the release version in appdata file in each tag.

If you don't want to maintain the <release> tag in this repository, I can also keep it updated with the help of flathubbot in https://github.com/flathub/io.github.manisandro.gImageReader
