Embedded icons not seen on Mac?

I tried to build gImagereader on macos 10.12.6 with macports.

After adding attached hacks it builds and attempt to work (using tesseract 5) but apparently some icons do not load?

Any ideas how to fix? :)

macports only contain qt 5.12 so I followed this advice
