timbthumb soesnt work - used old cach folder from old server #461

hi 
i migrated to a new host - i transferred teh old timb thumb cache and put in a 
new tim thumb script - but it doesnt work - it doesn't work with an empty cache 
folder either - please help 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
