Changes made

Replaced @types/adal with @types/adal-angular and updated adal-angular.
Implemented acquireTokenRedirect to be able to handle Azure Multi-Factor Authentication

My project which is a fork of manishrasrani / ms-adal-angular6 projects is not abandoned. The ms-adal-angular6 project has recently been updated, so I would say it is not abandoned. However, I have not checked whether my pull request is implemented in the new version of ms-adal-angular6.

Is there anything special you are considering?
