Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.hold app drawer button for a few seconds
2.slide it upward away from the bottom
3.icon disappears and cannot be found again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
not sure why it completely goes away and/or kinda sucks you have to reboot to
get it back

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?
cm6 rc1? nexus one

Please provide any additional information below.

That's a feature.... It's the dockbar. Scroll/drag down in that same area to
get it back.

up.

Very confusing GUI behavior indeed. I mistook this for a bug, too, until I
found this info. I don't see the benefit of hiding the drawer this way and
there should be some help or obvious option to get it back.

I'd like to see some sort of UI cue to clarify this behavior. First time I did
this I reinstalled cyanogenmod, second time I switched to launcherpro because
ADW was too smart for me.

I think this feature would be nice if it was disabled by default but you could
turn it on in settings if you really want to. More silly people like me would
be able to use ADWLauncher, methinks.
