Add your new "app group" to main screens with custom icon #18

The new "app group" feature is spectacular. It would be great if we were on a
main screen and similar to adding a shortcut, add an app group to the main
screen. When you click on it, it could pop open like a folder on the desktop
currently does.

Steps required would be

1. settings -> add
2. custom shortcut
3. new entry for "app group" (or put it under the ADW Activities)
4. select pre-existing group
5. name it, pick icon
6. done.. appears on main screen

This can be done with the AppsOrganizer and FolderOrganizer apps. You might
want to look at those. Even with the new features of ADW, I keep
AppsOrganizer. You can use custom icons with it as well, and it's free.
Sweet. The app allows you to "label" your apps, sort of like tagging. You can
put dock these shortcuts into ADW like I do.

I already have Folder Organizer, actually... it just would be nice to have it
integrated directly into ADW so I can uninstall software that really shouldn't
be necessary to save a few MB for something else on the internal app space. It
seems like the difficult part of creating the group is already done... now we
just need a way to tie it to a shortcut.

Sweet! Can't wait to try this out once it's in a build! Can finally get rid of
Folder Organizer

One thing about it still sucks though: new installations (such as those when
upgrading to a new ROM) wipe all the category data, whereas AppsOrganizer saves
the label information to the sdcard in plain text so you can just be on your
merry way.

AppsOrganizer also has a **much** nicer labeling/categorization method.
