In full screen, when swipe down, reactivate the upper line, showing the icons. #25

When you swipe up to put the launcher on fullscreen mod,  then swipe down to 
open the notification tab,  it should be great that the upper bar with the 
icons and the time activate itself instead of having a blank on the upper side 
(instead of the icons bar).
